Spider-Man is an action-adventure game set in an open world modern-day New York City and played from a third-person perspective. It features combat systems such as aerial combat, Spider Sense reflexes, web-shooting, and finishing moves. Spider-Man can push attacking enemies off of buildings, though Spider-Man does not let them fall, webbing them to the side of the building. The player is able to use Spider-Man's abilities such as web slinging and wall-crawling as well as other gameplay elements such as the ability to traverse using parkour, and the crafting and use of gadgets and alternative suits with special powers. Environmental combat, quick time events and stealth are also featured in the game. Peter Parker (outside of his Spider-Man identity), Miles Morales, and Mary Jane Watson are also playable in certain parts of the game. Peter's sections often involve solving puzzles, while Mary Jane's and Miles' segments involve using stealth to get to certain positions.

Spider-Man features a large ensemble cast of characters from the history of Spider-Man comics. Peter Parker (voiced by Yuri Lowenthal) is a 23-year old research assistant, who gains superhuman abilities after being bitten by a genetically-modified spider. Employing a secret identity, Parker uses these abilities to protect the citizens of New York City as the superhero Spider-Man. Eight years into his superhero career, Parker has become an experienced and masterful crime fighter, but struggles to balance his superhero and personal lives. He is aided in his fight by intrepid Daily Bugle reporter Mary Jane Watson (Laura Bailey), his ex-girlfriend, and NYPD Captain Yuri Watanabe (Tara Platt). In his civilian life, Parker is supported by his Aunt May (Nancy Linari) who volunteers at the F.E.A.S.T. homeless shelter run by philanthropist Martin Li (Stephen Oyoung). Parker is employed by his friend and mentor, the respected scientist Dr. Otto Octavius (William Salyers). Spider-Man's adventure brings him into contact with other characters, including Miles Morales (Nadji Jeter) and his parents, NYPD Officer Jefferson Davis (Russell Richardson) and Rio Morales (Jacqueline Pinol), OsCorp CEO and New York mayor Norman Osborn (Mark Rolston), and Silver Sablinova (Nichole Elise), leader of the private military company Sable International.
Spider-Man's mission to protect the city brings him into conflict with several supervillains. The story opens with Spider-Man taking down his longtime foe Wilson Fisk (Travis Willingham), the Kingpin of crime in New York. Fisk is sent to prison, but warns that he was the only person maintaining order in the city. Fisk's absence gives rise to a supernaturally powered, demonic-mask wearing gang called the Demons who begin carving up the city for the powerful Mr. Negative, who can corrupt people through his touch. Spider-Man must also confront Electro (Josh Keaton), Rhino (Fred Tatasciore), Scorpion (Jason Spisak), Vulture (Dwight Schultz), Shocker (Dave B. Mitchell), Taskmaster (Brian Bloom), Screwball (Stephanie Lemelin), and Tombstone (Corey Jones).

Several other characters—including Parker's and Watson's childhood friend Harry Osborn (Scott Porter), who has disappeared on a long European holiday, and anti-Spider-Man podcast host J. Jonah Jameson (Darin de Paul) have voice roles in the main game. The game features several references to the Marvel Comics universe, including Avengers Tower, the Wakandan Embassy, the Sanctum Sanctorum, Nelson & Murdock Attorneys at Law, Rand Corporation, and Alias Investigations. Spider-Man co-creator Stan Lee cameos as a short-order cook. The game's downloadable content features appearances by master-thief Black Cat (Erica Lindbeck) (who has a voice-only role in the main game), and Hammerhead, leader of the Maggia crime family.

Super Mario Party is a party video game published by Nintendo. It is the eleventh main instalment in the main Mario Party series, and the sixteenth in the franchise. It was released on 5 October 2018 for Nintendo Switch.

The traditional gameplay of the older Mario Party games returns in Super Mario Party, after the previous two games' departure from the established form. The standard game mode, Party Mode, features up to four players taking turns and navigating the board in search of stars while competing against one another in a variety of minigames. A second mode, known as Partner Party, has two teams of two players also searching for stars on a free-movement board similar to those in Mario Party: Star Rush. The game can be played with only one Joy-Con controller per player, allowing two players to play together with only one Switch system, which comes with two Joy-Con. Super Mario Party also takes advantage of the Switch's local wireless capabilities, allowing teams to play from separate Switch consoles and allowing multiple Switch consoles to be arranged and synchronized to create larger, multi-monitor environments in a mode called "Toad's Rec Room" (as patented prior to the game's reveal).

Some of the minigames can be played using traditional button controls, while others may be controlled by motion controls, such as a tricycle race minigame.
Toad returns as Super Mario Party's host, directing the players throughout the game.

The roster of playable characters in Super Mario Party includes Mario, Luigi, Rosalina, Dry Bones, Boo, Koopa Troopa, Hammer Bro, Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Shy Guy, Bowser, Wario, and Waluigi, all of whom are returning characters, with Bowser being fully playable for the first time. New playable characters to the series include Bowser Jr. and Diddy Kong, who had only previously appeared as a playable character in handheld Mario Party games; Pom Pom, Goomba and Monty Mole, none of whom has previously been a playable character in Mario Party, although this is the former's debut in the series, and the latter two have appeared as NPCs throughout the series.
